Stroud has been a well-respected voice in the recruiting-sourcing industry for over a decade, and is an expert in social recruiting, sourcing training, online sourcing research, video production and podcasting, and community management.

Furthermore, he has been a highly successful sourcer with Microsoft, Siemens, MCI and Google, and has also placed executive and technical talent in various startup companies during his tenure with Lanta Technology Group. Stroud is an active member of the social recruiting community and has produced several web video shows focused on recruitment and job search.
