- Created multiple recruitment videos and podcasts to promote Microsoft opportunities
- Traveled to India to train recruiters how to source passive candidates from the internet
- Virtually trained multiple recruiting teams in Latin America and Asia Pacific countries on sourcing strategies and techniques
- My comic “The Recruiting Life” was nominated by Gnomz for “Best Ongoing Comic Series” and “Best Newcomer of 2006”
- Published my 100th comic strip of The Recruiting Life
